Simply beautiful, clean and lovely house. Also Eira was helpful and a great down to earth host. House has everything and also is at great locality. Llandudno pier is just 5mins drive. Plus lidl is just 2-3 walks and Morrison is 4mins drive from this place. Henceforth this will be my default place to stay at North Wales and also would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to explore north wales and need a beautiful peaceful place to stay with no negative points :) Thanks again Eira. Spacious accommodation, peaceful setting and well located for visiting Liverpool and local beaches. Host friendly and accessible before and during our stay. Thank you.

Beautiful home and incredible view! We stayed for 3 nights but didn't want to leave. The house fit a lot of people very comfortably. Eleanor was responsive and very helpful. We can't wait to book again!

First time booking , what can I say from start to finish a wonderful host and amazing property. Simon was so informative about all our requests and advice regarding his property, location and amenities. The property itself was spotless , quiet and had everything we needed. Didn't want to leave if I'm honest. The whole experience was 10/10 and I've never slept so soundly. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable .

Great location, lovely house, perfect for holidaying with dogs. Host very quick to respond to questions. Well equipped only thing that would’ve been handy is a dryer.

The cottage was cosy, quiet and comfy. Everything we needed and a co op and morrisons not too far away but still felt in the sticks 😍 it was a lovely stay. My son wanted to see waterfalls and that we did. Also went on a steam train and went to the beach. would totally recommend. Caroline was very helpful and responsive.

Fantastic 2nd stay away from everything in this amazing place. Went with a couple of friends for my birthday and our 3 dogs who never stopped running around all weekend. The cottage is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The views from the top of the hill are amazing. Our car made it down the track no problem. We had a bit of wheel spin on the way back up but nothing major. One of my friends is in a wheelchair and found it easy to get around the cottage downstairs and the bathroom. We managed to get up to the top of the hill too. All in all an amazing stay thank you

We stayed at Ann’s for a weekend hiking in Snowdonia. The place is well equipped and really spacious, perfect for a few nights stay. The beach is very nice and only about 100 yards from the door, so plenty of opportunity to enjoy the sea view. An ideal location with plenty of nice hikes within 30-45 mins drive. Ann is super responsive and friendly and was really flexible with our checkout time. I’d highly recommend this place.

A beautiful home from home at The Beach House. we loved our stay. it was clean, comfortable, cosy and well equipped. A beautiful beach on the doorstep with the amazing Another Place. A short walk to the train station and direct into Liverpool in 20 minutes. perfect. Thank you Lynn.

Booked this as we were attending the transport festival and we were more than impressed with it all. Haydn was super friendly and got back to me straight away. The apartment is spotless and homely, it’s the first place we’ve stayed where we havnt missed our own bed it was so comfortable. Having 2 young kids it’s hard to find somewhere family friendly but it had stair gate, travel cot and high chair. Will be booking this again. Thank you very much

Such a beautiful self contained annex. Two beds served us well in two rooms. Lovely thoughtful touches with a home from home feeling. Wish we could have stayed longer. We met Sue and Ray enjoying the sun on their balcony, lovely to chat and be advised on local places to eat.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was so close to the main strip. The beds were very comfortable, and we had all the necessary amenities. It was an amazing place to stay. Allen was very helpful to us and was very attentive. I would highly recommend this Airbnb!

I booked this for my Niece her husband daughter and baby they loved it lovely big lounge and main bedroom great to fit in a travel cot as well all very clean just a lovely place we will be booking again for certain as relatives live 1 minute away so I have 4 Nieces with families that will be regular visitors thank you Jon lovely place you have 😀

We had a great weekend. Spacious apartment with lovely views. Walk to beach or into Hoylake. Clare gave helpful local advice & warned us about a local sailing event that might make restaurants busier.

A stunning apartment, fabulous views, we used this as a base to explore using the local bus service & in our car. The apartment itself was immensely clean & just as described in fact better! We didn’t venture into the village but the pub down the road was nice for a bite to eat. I would have no problem recommending this place to anyone family or friends.

It's hard to start describing how good this place is, so I'll start with what matters most. The hosts, marvellous in every respect, I had an issue that was my own responsibility yet Neil responded quickly with a solution. Equipped with EVERYTHING, we had a welcome hamper, we didn't need to go shopping at all (thank you for the consideration and chocs). I usually take black pepper, the cupboard had three! Dream of a bed, place much bigger than it looks, high ceilings, lovely tasteful decor with a funky contemporary & vintage vibe. Musical references, retro furnishings mixed with every convenience you could need. It was so fresh it felt like a first stay! Guestbook kitchen fully equipped, could have cooked from scratch with oils, spices, plenty of pans etc plus eggs, bacon, bread, butter, milk, coffee etc. We actually lost each other a couple of times, it's just beautiful and Neil & Alex best hosts ever. * tip * Gabriellas cafe delivers takeaway, including scouse! Must stay Place!

This apartment was incredible. All the amenities you could desire and local extras as a bonus. Squeaky clean and new, a beautiful sea view, two parking spaces, comfortable beds, secure... I could go on... Highly recommended, best AirBnB I have stayed in.

An excellent place to stay. Very well presented. It had everything we needed for our stay. A real bonus being so close to the zoo for a brilliant day out.

We absolutely loved our stay and so did our fur babies. There were so many personal touches that make the place feel homely (for the dogs too). There is everything inside the apartment that you could ever need! It is the perfect middle ground between Barmouth and Harlech. It is an incredibly peaceful village and so quiet. Our host was superb and took the time to come and introduce herself to us and even gave the fur babies some treats. Thank you Katy for your warm welcome. We will definitely be back and will be recommending you to our friends. 😊

Another great stay in the accommodation. Very convenient for the centre of llandudno and also the theatre.
