The Palm Tree House at Casitas Patz was designed to live in connection with nature from comfort and beauty. It is surrounded by the tropical jungle and steps from a beautiful beach only known by locals. On one side of the house, you can also enjoy some small waterfalls with natural ponds to cool off and enjoy the sound of running water. The water is completely natural, chemical free. The fish and plants of the last pond help us keep the water clean and create an incredible ecosystem.

Casa Xochitl ~ Flower House

Casa Xochitl is great for couples, families, or groups of friends who love small town Mexico! It’s a traditional hacienda style home with lots of shaded places to relax in the front garden and backyard pool areas. Located two blocks from many of San Pancho's best restaurants and taco stands, and three blocks from the beach, Casa Xochitl is both removed from, yet totally accessible to San Pancho culture, nightly music, great food, and community activities.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom bungalow has a private terrace, fully-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and cleaning service (Monday to Saturday). All requests to bring pets will be automatically denied.
