FIVE PLUS STARS!! A wonderful place to stay. Patricia's home is beautiful! The complex is in the perfect location and Patricia is VERY responsive. I come to PV regularly and usually use a hotel. Not any longer. Her condo has everything that you need and is model perfect. I have absolutely no concerns or issues to report! If you're looking for a place in PV that you wish to stay this is it!!!!

The accommodation was for my brothers and everything was just as I said in the description, the view is beautiful and the location very convenient. Raúl always attentive. I recommend!

Excellent accommodation very spacious and comfortable ideal for long-term stays and very accessible for short term had a microwave and electric oven, very large terrace with an excellent view of the sea, very spacious dining room on the terrace and the Bolongo development is very comfortable and very familiar

Excellent experience, it exceeded all expectations, the host is very friendly and helpful, the apartment is super comfortable and fun

We as family enjoy it, really feel like home, we cook a carne asada so I mean it like i said “feel like home “

We had an amazing stay with my parents, husband, and toddler. The house is absolutely gorgeous. Nothing can beat the view and waking up to the ocean. It’s very walkable, with the malecón and tons of restaurants nearby. We didn’t need a car. The house has everything you need. Rosie was awesome. She recommended the transportation company we used and was there to greet us when we arrived. She was also very responsive through text. Looking forward to going back!

Amazing place to stay. Everything was as listed, house was perfect for what we needed and loved the pool. I’d say it was walkable, restaurants and shopping within 15-20 minute walk, uber was very responsive for the times we didn’t feel like walking. Jeffry was very responsive and addresses issues quickly. Only thing I’d suggest is on check out day that cleaning and maintenance staff not start till check out time.

A great place to stay! The pool was so refreshing and the grounds were peaceful and lush. The neighborhood is very quiet and calm and within minutes of great restaurants and the beach. The entry is on the flat part of the street, and was super easy to find, and not too hilly! The house was clean, and we enjoyed cooking on the stove and relaxing in the shade on the patio. The rooftop sun deck was also nice! Having access to the resort was so nice, it was calm and away from the crowds, had a big heated pool, iguana sanctuary, and great beachside service for drinks and snacks. We hope to return and couldn’t recommend Octavio’s place more!

Wow, what a trip! I saved up for a long time for this, and it was worth it. The unit: Looks exactly like the pictures, with the added benefit of the 24/7 calming sound of the surf outside. Very comfy beds; good A/C; nice, clean showers and bathrooms. Washer/dryer. I was traveling with my brother, so a big selling point was the 2-bed, 2-bath unit. We didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed to have everything you'd need if you wanted to stay in. The building: Perfectly situated in the quiet Conchas Chinas neighborhood -- all the bars, shops, and restaurants in the Zona Romantica are just a 15-minute walk north along the beach. Great amenities in the building: A very friendly, bilingual staff with a 24/7 doorman; a gym; and a rooftop bar/restaurant with an infinity pool, beautiful sunset views and nice breakfast/lunch/dinner menus. Getting around: Easy peasy. There's so much to do in the area, and if you can't walk there, it's very easy to find a cab. Can't recommend it enough.

The depa is incredible, it is located in one of the best condominiums in Vallarta, many pools, several activities, spa and restaurant at very affordable prices, with direct beach access! The area is ideal for walking, next door there is a shopping square and facing several of my favorite restaurants

This place was wonderful! It had tons of space, yet was very cozy for my family to gather. the furniture & decorat ions were very comfortable & fitting for the property. the views & sunsets are out of this world! it was the peperfect place to just unplug & relax. The hosts were very attentive. we had a silly small problem & they took care of it immediately & professionally. the property is pretty new & has wonderful pools & great beach access also.

The reviews are true! Sam's condo is amazing. You've seen the photos (wow!) so I won't bother describing the gorgeous views. We arranged transport from the airport, it was smooth and quick. Check in was simple and the groceries we ordered were waiting for us - we could relax right away. The restaurant staff including Juan Carlos and Saul took excellent care of us, and it was a blessing to have that convenience when we wanted it. Tasty food and drinks! Uber rides were never more than 5 minutes away and it's a quick trip into town. We also walked on the beach to town- very nice views. If you are into fishing I would highly recommend a trip with Sam's friends Roberto and Juan. So many fish, secluded beaches, and great snorkeling! His restaurant is also fantastic. Hanz and Nahim at concierge made our trip easy and were always available if we needed anything. I can't wait to come back! Thank you Sam and team for everything!

Amazing host, great location. We tried to book it again right away but it was already taken, great size unit and one of the only ones that the master has a view of the ocean and you can hear the waves. Must stay here

Excellent place , the practically new facilities,the pools clean , air conditioned , the jakuzis super comfortable temperature and with hydromassage , the swim lane on the second floor with beautiful view we loved it ,the apartment very spacious and very well used the spaces. We had a washing machine , dryer, soap to wash clothes and dishes , good shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms , the location of the place we liked to go to walk to the seawall !.In general, we spent a few days very comfortable ! We highly recommend it .

Great place just 10 minutes south of old town by car. We had a lovely vacation here and loved the amazing views and sleeping to the sound of the ocean. Very convenient to eat at and use the facilities at Costa del Sol right next door and they were very welcoming despite us not being hotel guests. Jessica was very responsive to anything we needed. If you have a baby, bring your own pack n play sheet for the portable crib!
