By car we are 8ks from Gorlitz DE & 10ks to CZ border. 1hr from Dresden, 2hrs from Wroclaw, 2.5hrs to Prague and 3hrs from Berlin.

Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

- At the beginning of 2024, we renovated and cozily designed for our guests - Our approx. 40 m² non-smoking apartment is for 2-3 people. - It has a separate entrance and a quiet sun terrace. - In the large living / sleeping room there is a large double bed, a sofa bed, a large armchair and satellite TV. - The small modern kitchenette offers all possibilities of self-catering. - The bathroom is equipped with glass shower, underfloor heating and hair dryer.

In our multi-generational house, you can expect modern furnished accommodation. Our guests have a holiday apartment for 4 people at their disposal. Of course, your vehicle will be safe at the house. You are welcome to visit and use our garden with barbecue corner. On request, a loving breakfast with, for example, fresh organic eggs, homemade jam or delicious regional fruit and sausage will be served for a small surcharge of 9 euros per person.

Die ca. 90 m2 große Wohnung befindet sich in der zweiten OG, im Zentrum der historischen Stadt Löbau, direkt neben dem historischen Stadttor.

Our small apartment is in a rural location. You can reach the Kottmar and the source of the Spree in 45 minutes on foot. You can also explore the surroundings by bike. Take a break and relax in this environment. The apartment is freshly furnished and is located on the first floor in an old house. The entrance leads through a shared hallway. The stairs are a little steep. There is a garden, where you can also relax and watch chickens.

The apartment on the 2nd floor is very brightly designed and has everything you need to feel comfortable. 2 TVs, 1 x with 43-inch diagonal and 1 x 32-inch diagonal (living area/bedroom) allows you to relax. You will stay about 150 meters from the city center, but still on a quiet side street. Everything you need for groceries is 80 meters away. Fast WiFi is of course free of charge. Lots of restaurants within 300 m.
