C'est une maison passive sans besoin de chauffage ou de climatisation. Il se compose d'une chambre avec un lit d'1,80m ou de 2 lits de 90cm accolés avec literie haut de gamme, TV et kitchenette, une salle d'eau et un WC séparé. Il bénéficie d'une terrasse privée qui donne sur un verger accessible. A 5 mn des commodités de Soutz sous Forêt.

Venez vous ressourcer dans notre cabane perchée (non accessible aux personnes à mobilités réduites, échelle de meunier) avec vue sur nos chèvres miniatures, nos minis ânes, nos minis poneys, notre cochon, déconnection totale mais avec très bonne couverture réseau (au cas où) 😀. Vous pourrez profiter d’un véritable SPA sur la terrasse de la cabane. ⚠️ La cabane n’est pas adaptée aux enfants en bas âge. À 20 min de Strasbourg, 15 min de Haguenau, 10 min de l’Allemagne.

Lobsann: small practical studio for one person

Ideally located in a small village in the Vosges du Nord Regional Park, this small NON-SMOKING studio is accessible via a separate entrance on the ground floor of our house. The studio has the central heating of our house and its kitchenette is equipped with a multifunction mini-oven and a refrigerator. In the bathroom: a shower, a sink and a toilet. Netflix, Prime video, Arte, Youtube, etc. are accessible on the television connected to the optical fiber by wifi.
