Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

Eddrachillis House is a comfortable, modern home with spectacular views over Badcall Bay and its islands, two miles south of Scourie on the NC500. The house is set in 100 acres of land from shoreline to hill loch. The spacious open-plan living area contains a very well-equipped kitchen and dining area where you can dine under the stars. The cosy lounge has a wood-burning stove and patio doors onto the front terrace with stunning views. Gorgeous bathrooms and very comfortable large beds.

Entire place. Black Nissen at HMS Owl NC500 route

The Nissen hut at HMS Owl was originally built in 1941 by the RAF. The Owl is our family home and took us 5 years to restore it. It has been featured on TV and in numerous design publications. HMS Owl is pretty special as is the restored Nissen available to rent. The Hut is cosy, warm and private with large living space and kitchen and large ensuite bedroom. Brilliant log burners in livingspace and bedrooms Outdoor wood fired Hot tub available (extra charge arrange with Charl)

The Turf House is ideal for a romantic get-away. Spacious, unique living room with multi-fuel stove and open-plan kitchen. Large bedroom with a four-poster bed. Bathroom with antique roll top bath and separate instantaneous shower. Beautiful mountain views and a 10 minute walk from an amazing beach. Excellent walking, climbing, fishing, kayaking, diving and wildlife. Don't forget your camera! Saturday to Saturday booking, but happy to accept min 3 night booking.

The East Wing

This is a self-contained annex that is ideal for a couple but it is not suitable for children of any age. Guests have access to a kitchen with a range of facilities, with seating area. Although open-plan, there is a separate area for sitting and relaxing. The property has off-street parking and has its own private entrance. The East Wing is within easy walking distance to all amenities in the village and only 3 streets back from the shore.

A cosy wee house set peacefully amongst the hills.

A delightful place to stay and newly finished in May 2019 'The Wee House' can be found right next door to our own (slightly bigger) house, 'Heisgeir'. We will be on hand just next door to give you a warm welcome and to ensure your stay with us, and whilst you explore the Skye and Lochalsh area , is both enjoyable and peaceful. Being born and brought up in the area we hope our local knowledge will allow you make the most of your trip.
