Duplex, exceptional sea view

For rent, 67 m² duplex with exceptional sea views, close to the beaches, on the 7th and 8th floors of a 20th century heritage-listed building (with elevator). In bedroom 2, I can separate the 160 bed frame into two 80 beds if needed. You will enjoy the magical sunsets on the terrace. In July and August I ask for check-in after 4:00 p.m. and checkout at 10:00 a.m., for other periods I can be more flexible if the apartment is not rented before or after.

Bungalow apartment with sea view, terrace and small enclosed courtyard; beach 80m away, access via a pedestrian path; departure from many hiking trails; shops 100m away; at the edge of the road bike, between Lannion and Morlaix. Quiet and relaxing place. From Saturday, June 14, 2025 to Saturday, September 13, 2025: length of stay, minimum 7 days, check-in only on Saturday. Other school holidays, Rennes academy: minimum stay 2 days, arrival any day.

LARGE COMFORT STUDIO. PANORAMIC SEA VIEW

The studio is 10 m from the beach and a 5 drive to restaurants, shops, casino, Thalasso, and especially the famous pink granite rocks of Ploumanach by the customs trail. You'll love my 20 m2 place for the panoramic sea view and its comfort: 1st floor with elevator, electric relax bed 2x70x200, sofa bed 140x190, baby bed with mattress. Meals facing the sea, ample parking. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing stay, for couples, with a child or solo.

Beautiful studio in Brittany in the countryside

Our home is located in a quiet new house, not far from the town center with small grocery store, bakery and very beautiful church. It is completely independent with a private entrance. We are 15 minutes from the beaches and 10 minutes from any trade. You will appreciate our accommodation for the quiet countryside, the outdoor area, its facilities and cleanliness. This place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. He's not a smoker.

Beautiful bright apartment.

Very nice apartment of 52m2 located 50 m from the beach "Octo Termen" and the port. Living room, very bright living room with fitted kitchen. (Oven, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, senseo, ...) Washing machine. Two bedrooms: One with a bed of 160 and the other with a bed of 140 . Linens provided and beds made upon arrival. Private parking and a cellar are also available. Very nice balcony with sunbed and garden furniture.

25 m² studio in a recent house (2017) with independent entrance and parking space located on the GR34 passage. Several restaurants and Coz Pors Beach are within walking distance in a few minutes. Close to the house, and also within walking distance, are the aquarium and the sea forum (30° seawater pool and spa). Check-in is anytime after 3pm. We don't guarantee the sun, but we can guarantee good wine!! (Yves is a wine merchant).
