The "La Terrasse du Loir" gîte is private (open since 2021), with a private swimming pool and no neighbours overlooking. The pool and the telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022, and the pool is heated to 29°C In 2026: Heated swimming pool from 27 March to 1 November inclusive. In 2027: Heated pool from 26 March to 1 November inclusive. 115 m² gîte + large 24 m² terrace overlooking Le Loir, located 2.5 km from the Zoo. The accommodation can accommodate 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 beds).

Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage completely renovated in 2019 in keeping with the Percheron style (old tiles, lime plaster, exposed beams...). Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
