Le logement dispose d’un garage privé, de type box fermé, avec un accès large (240cm). Vous pourrez ainsi stationner votre véhicule en toute quiétude et laisser des affaires à l’intérieur si besoin. Nous attirons votre attention sur le fait que ce logement étant situé dans un quartier très vivant, il est possible d’entendre le bruit de la rue malgré le double vitrage. De plus, l’immeuble étant un bâtiment relativement ancien, son insonorisation n’est pas parfaite non plus. Option Kit bébé : 45€ pour le séjour.
