Located on the 1st floor, not overlooked and very quiet (at the back of the lively street), a bakery is located in front of the doorstep and many restaurants nearby. Entire Private Troglodyte loft apartment

A unique troglodyte loft decorated with art pieces. The entrance is private and the space is overlooking the terrasse with a Japanese feel to it. On the top floor you will find the bathroom with it's shower dug into the rocks. This is a very peaceful place to relax. This small winemaker village will welcome you and allow you to taste some of the best Loir valley wines. Breakfast is included and the host Luc speaks a perfect English.

Loft with magnificent view, quiet, near Parc Expo Rennes

The loft was completely renovated in 2016. Quiet, it is located in a wooded park 8 km from Rennes airport, St Jacques de la Lande exhibition center and Ker Lann. It is accessed via an external metal staircase. The loft consists of an entrance with fitted and equipped kitchen, a living room with a large bay window overlooking the park, TV and dining area. A sleeping area with a 160 x 200 bed, a shower room and separate toilet.
