Charming 2-room in the city center

Loue de 2 à 8 nuitées appartement cosy et très lumineux en plein centre historique de Bordeaux. Emplacement à quelques mètres de toutes les lignes du tramway et de la Gare, l'appartement de 32 m2 est situé au 2ème étage (sans ascenseur). Il est composé d'une entrée, d'une salle de bain avec cabine de douche et WC, d'une cuisine équipée (frigo, micro ondes, plaques de cuisson etc), d'un salon et d'une chambre (lit 2 places). TV et Wifi accessible. Draps et serviettes de toilettes fournis.

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement intérieur confortable, adapté aussi bien pour des séjours courts que pour des séjours longs. Independent house, not overlooked, made of stone located in an old hamlet. This comfortable accommodation will seduce you with its neat decoration, its private HOT TUB will be appreciated after long visits, its location to explore Sarlat, the beautiful villages, the Dordogne valley, its castles and all the must-see sites. Two terraces at your disposal to enjoy a good meal outdoors or relax on the deckchairs. Hot tub water changed after stay. Pool shared with owner.

This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.
