Situé entre Nantes et Angers, sur l'ile Batailleuse dans la petite cité de caractère de Saint Florent le vieil. Endroit propice à proximité pour la pêche, les randonnées, le canoë.. La maison possède 2 chambres ( 2 lits de 160) dont une en mezzanine. Une pièce de vie et cuisine ouverte (four, micro ondes, lave vaisselle, plaques cuisson...). Lit bébé, matelas et chaise haute sont à disposition.

We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

You can enjoy the indoor swimming pool from 20 May to 30 September. The accommodation has a double bed upstairs and a sofa bed in the living room. We can provide 2 mattresses for children to sleep on. You will have access to the barn via a private garden. Accommodation heated solely by a wood-burning stove!
