It is located about 10 minutes by car from the first beach of Lake Geneva, 15 km from Geneva and 30 minutes from the medieval city of Yvoire and 45 minutes from Evian. It can comfortably accommodate a couple with 1 or 2 children.

The studio consists of a fitted kitchen and its nice dining area, a warm living area, bedroom with its pellet stove and a fully equipped bathroom. On sunny days you can enjoy the private balcony with a magnificent view of Lake Geneva and the Alps.

The apartment has just been renovated and refurbished, it consists of a bedroom with double bed 140 x 190 (bedding changed in 2025) a bathroom with bathtub, a living room/kitchen with views of nature and the lake. The kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. Basic products are available so you don't have to run to the store or clutter your suitcases. You have the option to park at the house upon your arrival and park 1 min walk away

Located in Loisin, France, a car is essential to get to the accommodation, and to explore the region. NB: No TV, heating limited to 21°C, and trampoline out of service until 2026.
