Beautiful lake view, free parking space in the garage and private garden, fully equipped kitchen, laundry in the garage. We are halfway between Como and Bellagio. Upon arrival, you will be asked for documents for registration. Additional costs are 2.00 euros per person for the tourist tax, only cash. (Unfortunately, it is not suitable for disabled people) (It is forbidden to charge the electric car in the garage of the apartment without asking for the additional costs)

Located on the hill overlooking Stresa, the apartment has a great lake and mountains view. Close to many hiking paths and two golf courses. Totally surrounded by nature with a splendid view of the Monte Disgrazia glacier. It is only a 10-minute walk from the provincial road.
