We are inside a former old school, totally renovated in 2016/18, with 5 lovely double rooms with private bathroom (and 3 Studios with kitchen corner you can book in another ad, or calling us. Groups: Max 22 persons - no common spaces). You can reach us driving 5km from Chiavenna Centre on a winding road and then 300m walk from the free parking place where the road ends. Our place is very quiet and panoramic, in the typical pedestrian fraction of Pianazzola, at 635 m alt. with old stone houses.

It offers the guest to relax in shady or sunny areas in the garden or to quickly reach the beautiful beaches of the territory or to take trips on the lake, hikes in the mountains or practice many sports. The apartment is very cool and quiet, suitable for couples, children who can play freely in the garden . The territory is also rich in history, art, music (concerts...).
