Staying in the Valle di Bondo Nature Reserve, amidst vast meadows and lush forests overlooking Lake Garda, is pure harmony. Away from the crowds, at an altitude of 600 metres, but close to the lakeside beaches (just 9 km away), Tremosine sul Garda offers breathtaking views, a rural lifestyle and plenty of healthy sporting opportunities. Pet-friendly means that we accept pets, but more importantly, that we love them.

Artist's loft. Original and private

A large open space of 300 sqm, obtained from an ancient 18th-century stable that is part of the historic Palazzo Secco Pastore from the second half of the 15th century. Loft with large windows overlooking the porch (300 sqm) and the park enclosed by ancient walls. I furnished it with passion, creating a mix of various eras, thus obtaining an original, welcoming and comfortable style. A space deliberately out of time! Ideal if you love the real Lombard countryside. I've lived here since 1995.

Corte Odorico - Monte Baldo Flat

If nature, wine, strolls in the vineyards, birds chirping in the background, is what you like, then you found your sanctuary. Corte Odorico consists of 2 holidays flats, our family house and a tiny winery. The flats were designed for guests to feel part of our family tradition, but with the privacy of a flat. The estate is home to our family winery, the Corte Odorico clan is more than happy to accommodate tastings of our Valpolicella Classica wines to really connect with the terroir.

On the hills, among woods, meadows, cultivated fields and fruit trees, inside the Ticino Park, stands the Cascina Ronco dei Lari, which origins date back to 1700, renovated in 2022. You can appreciate the calm of the place, immerse yourself in nature, practice sports and enjoy moments of rural life just a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore and 40 minutes from Milan. It will be possible to benefit from the Cascina products such as berries, jams, juices, saffron, honey and vegetables.

Sito non solo naturale, ma anche storico-archeologico , in quanto il fienile sorge sui resti dell'antica Piuro, fiorente città sepolta da una frana nel settembre 1618. Questa particolare costruzione storica è legata strettamente al territorio agricolo-colturale.

The house is very welcoming. Consisting of a studio furnished in modern style with all comforts, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and hot tub. All surrounded by nature and the outdoor presence of a large swimming pool for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests. The property being close to the medieval castle is not accessible by your own means, we use our car to bring guests and luggage. However, it is a 200-meter walk in the green of the hill.

Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
