The semi-detached house is fully insulated and built and furnished from the most sustainable building materials possible. There are air conditioners, infrared heaters and a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with branded appliances, so that the house can be comfortably inhabited all year round.

Water in the apartment is not for drinking (technical water). Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.
