Holiday rentals with beach access in Montenegro

Absolutely wonderful home. A short walk to Kotor, literally right on the bay. Spacious, wonderful shower, bed and living area (best shower we had in Europe). The hosts made us so comfortable. Always checking on us, making sure we were comfortable and beyond kind. We were greeted and taken care of by Marina’s parents and can honestly say they were the nicest and most open people we have ever met. We were sad to leave. It felt like home. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kotor, look no further. You won’t find a better home in all of Montenegro. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome! We will miss you!

We felt as home! City center in the middle of everything, side see view, location is perfect. The App is on the 2nd floor by stairs, clear instructions and flexible check in and check out. Maja is great host and very responsive. We also got welcome gifts- sweets and toys for the kids and wine. We had great start of New year there and hope to come back. For every recommendation!

Pržno is a small and clean tourist resort. The apartman is clean and very nice, everything worked except for hot water, which sometimes didn't go. Delightful views, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. Milena is very kind, she was available to us every day. In August, the beaches were crowded, sun loungers on the beach 30€ / day, there is nothing but restaurants and groceries in Pržne. The bus to Budva runs every 15min. Walking 5 minutes from Przno you can reach great and better beaches all the way to Sv. Štefan 20 min walk with very nice sidewalks in the shade. We went to these beaches 2 times a day as well. In my opinion, the stay is suitable for those who want to take advantage of the sea, for families with children, to relax. We were with children and grandparents alike, we are happy.

Nenad is such a lovely host. The studio flat is spotless, conveniently located and very peaceful, very nice view from the balcony. Nenad's recommendations for places to eat were spot on and he also helped us with the airport transfers. We had a very interesting conversation about the history of Montenegro too :)

We stayed in this great apartment for 14 days. The sea is great, and you can just jump in at any time. The neighbors are mostly locals and vacation there with their families. All very nice and relaxed. Loving kids! Filip was always available for us and his mom is a sweetheart. She brought vegetables, crabs from the sea to see and always asked if she can do anything for us. We will be happy to come back at any time. Thank you for everything!

It was extremely pleasant to stay at Nenad's house during our 5-day Montenegro holiday for 4 nights. We easily found the house and the view was great. The interior design and cleanliness of the house were very good. We easily stayed with 3 people. Although we are worried about being cold because it is winter, the air conditioning and the fireplace in the living room were sufficient for heating. If we come, we would prefer Nenad again. You may just need a car to go to the grocery store.

It's a great new apartment. Free parking outside of the building was easy to find and use. The apartment is in a central location. It is a ten-minute walk to the beach, fifteen minutes by foot to Old Town, and a ten-minute walk to the Mega Mart at the Mega Mall (Aroma and Idea markets are closer along with a butcher and produce market also in the general vicinity) with everything you could want or need in the area. The kitchen has what you would expect. The balcony is great. It is big enough to hang out on and put your washing out there to dry. The Internet was fast. The host was very responsive, friendly and communicative throughout the four-week stay. Great value for money too. I highly recommend this unit. It is free from clutter. There is lots of construction in the area but you can't hear anything from the apartment. The climate control, both heat and air conditioning works great too. No issues, only a positive experience. It was a great stay! We were especially thankful for all the plates and cups we had for our big family. And the hostess was extremely nice!

Our time in Risan was fantastic! Risan is at a great spot in the bay of Kotor. Not too crowded, but well situated to visit the must-go-to places. The Apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed and nothing more, don't expect a TV or anything too fancy. It was perfect for us, we spent a great family time. Just outside there is a great private terrace directly at the water with ample space to sit, spend time and have a swim. There where 2 kayaks free to use, which we took advantage of (went to the island with the church on, called our lady on the rock). A near mussels farm was great to have really fresh sea food and fish, other restaurants/shops nearby. Marko was a fantastic host, who made us feel welcome from minute 1 on. He and his father gave us all the inside tips and information we needed. Thanks for that if you are reading this Marko! We very much recommend this great place in Risan! This will certainly not have been the last time we where in Montenegro.

Nensi was so nice and helpful! The patio is gorgeous, and the space is very walkable to access all of Kotor. 10/10 - the best place I stayed on my trip.

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is perfect, offering both convenience and beautiful views. The space was clean and functional, making it feel even more comfortable. The host Djordje, was incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

First of all, marija is very friendly and helpful. The place we stayed was very clean and comfortable as described. Marija was helpful during our stay and made arrangements until our return transfers to and from the airport. Many treats were considered in the house. Although we were not in a foreign country, the fact that the kitchen of the house was equipped to all the sauces, spices, and that everything from laundry detergent to personal hygiene items in the bathroom was a complete home comfort. The house is very central, very close to big markets, daily shopping shops. Walking distance to the beach. During our stay, he both guided us and was in touch. Thank you so much for giving us such a high bar for the first Airbnb experience.

It was right in the middle of the places I wanted to visit, so I felt like I didn't waste time on the road with a 2-year-old baby, I think it was a sensible decision. The house was sufficient in terms of price and performance met my expectations. The view was very nice

The location of the house is very good. There is a parking. The hosts welcomed nicely. The view is great. I would definitely like to experience in summer. Because the house is near the sea.

Rui was a great host - very friendly and ready to help with any problems or recommendations. The house itself is quite new and modern, with excellent facilities. It’s only a 10 min walk from the Becici beach which is great. The weather was quite hot when we went, and we wanted additional fans and he was so kind to come and provide that for us. Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone coming to Budva/ becici.

irena is the best landlord I've ever had! She gave us very detailed information on how to do buses, what restaurants are good, etc. and she was always available when I needed help the most! The house is very nice and clean! You can see the beach from your room, and even though the weather wasn't great on our visit, it was a way to be better prepared for the next time!🥹🥰🥰😘😘
