I love the fact that the owners responded back almost immediately. The camper has everything that’s needed and more! It smelled so good and was very clean. The bed sheets smelled like downy lol. It’s definitely spacious, quiet and peaceful. I love the fact that the owners allow you to interact with the farm animals. Also the owners gave us fresh brown eggs!!! The location is wonderful and extremely safe. Walmart was 5 minutes away and lots of restaurants and stores. I’m getting ready to book again lol it felt like home!!!!!! This is definitely a hidden gem ‼️‼️

When I first booked it, I had some issues, i was going on a job and the dates changed on me after I booked. After reaching out to Marion, they were able and willing to work with me so I could change my dates, which I really appreciated!

I recently PCS’d to the area and was tired of living out of hotels, so I was grateful to find John’s listing at Happy Acres. It made a great base camp for house hunting. I stayed in the Serenity unit, which was about 100 meters from the laundry facility and gym. The gym is old-school and well-equipped for a solid workout. The front desk was very responsive to any questions, and the neighbors were all friendly. If you’re a cat lover, you’ll appreciate the many resident cats, all well cared for and part of the community. John runs a tight ship—no nonsense, well-organized, and it shows. The community is quiet, and I felt safe throughout my stay. Definitely a great option if you need a temporary home in the area.

Perfect for what I needed, cozy little spot for two. Very communicative friendly hosts, would definitely stay here again! Very private and quiet as advertised!
