Our industrial-style loft (NOT IN ZTL) is ideal for those looking for a comfortable stay in the historic center of Ravenna. A short walk from UNESCO heritage monuments, this open-concept space offers a modern and welcoming atmosphere. The large living room with high ceiling, large windows and minimalist furnishings creates a unique atmosphere. Equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and mezzanine with double bed and half bathroom. Perfect for a group of friends, couples or solo travelers.

Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby.
