Beach house holiday rentals in Longboat Key

We absolutely loved this place! Literally walk right to the beach in under a minute! Marks place was extremely clean, very organized and well thought out! I also noticed this particular section of the beach wasn’t very busy. I believe it’s due to it only being residential in the vicinity, which made for nice, peaceful and quiet days on the beach. we were greeted with a bottle of wine, a welcome card and some chocolates which made for a wonderful touch. Everything we needed was there and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Already planning when we can return again!!

The house was well stocked and very clean. The pool was at a perfect temperature and also clean. Location was great, close to many restaurants and beaches. Great for a family vacation with little ones. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The only downside (to be expected) is the number of biting bugs in the morning/evening - there were no outdoor screened in areas, and there were a lot of raccoons that came into the backyard at night. Not a great place to spend nights outside, but this is discouraged by the host understandably, as the house is in a neighborhood with mostly locals. All in all it was a great experience and we would recommend it to friends/family, and stay again.

The house was great. The master bed was very comfortable. The location is walkable and easy access to the beach. Very nice beach chairs, cooler and wagon were provided which made our beach days very enjoyable. We found the projector and TV’s in the basement a bit complicated. There were instructions and the owner offered to help walk us through the set up. I enjoyed coffee on the front porch each morning.

We stayed here with our 7 children and found this home to have a great layout with bedrooms upstairs and living area downstairs. From coffee on either deck in the morning to cocktails watching sunsets in the evening we found this location to be perfect for our family. The home is far enough away from the busy beaches for a peaceful time, but close enough to walk to restaurants and parks (or a short drive). While the home is older with dated furniture and fixtures, it didn’t take away from the experience and we discussed making this an annual vacation home before leaving. The beach has soft sand with a small patch of shells before the water and a sand bar where we encountered a manatee on multiple mornings. If you are looking for a low key beachside vacation, this property won’t disappoint. (Also, there is a box of beach toys, 2 chairs, an umbrella we left as well as floaties for those looking to stay soon)

This place is absolutely beautiful. The home is full of character, wood floors, sash windows, it’s lovely. Plenty of room for a large family. And right on the beach. It’s amazing. We all loved our stay here & would highly recommend it.

This home was so perfect for our beach vacation, we especially liked the covered porch facing the beach with the big gum tree in front of it. All the amenities were provided, we had a grill to enjoy, so comfortable. We will definitely be back to enjoy it more!

Very beautiful place to stay and in walking distance to John’s Pass. Host was very polite and responsive in messaging them. Would definitely visit again!

We were in St Petersburg for a family wedding. David’s place was an outstanding choice, given it had 3 private bedrooms on 2 separate floors. Giving us privacy, for getting ready for events, and togetherness for visiting between events. The location was perfect as the events were at the Hotel Zamora. David was a super host, everything went smoothly. He was timely in his response to questions, which were few because of the details he had written.

Great location! The pool and hot tub were amazing. We saw dolphins from the little dock. Close to beach. We rented a golf cart, definitely recommend! Host was responsive and quick to respond to messages/questions.

The house is beautiful great location and spotless clean, felt so comfortable everyday we arrieved at the house after a long day of stress my workers felt very comfortable and stress free in the evening hours inside the warm pool that was the attraction we all wanted after a long day thank you for allowing me and my team to stay in you warm A&B home. I will not hesitate to stay there again it was so wonderfull hope you allow us to stay there next time we drive back to Tampa for work or mini vacation.

The Castaway Cottage was exactly as described. Beautiful, clean and close to everything! Beds were comfy and sheets were so soft. The shower is AMAZING and of course the pool was a hit when you need a break from the beach. Amanda was quick to respond and her list of restaurants was very helpful and what we tried were all excellent. Everyone was friendly in the neighborhood and there were 2 parrots and an egret that would visit us by the pool often. Last, we rented their buggy for the week, it was charged and ready to go as soon as we arrived and hated to get back in a car. If you’re looking for a great place to stay look no further.

Ammey & Ammey’s place was simply awesome. A hidden gem—calm & peaceful. Clean place with a great pool in a beautiful setting, steps from the sand. We loved having coffee in the screened in porch looking at the pool and beautiful landscape. Thank you, Ammey for sharing your place with us when we needed a break from the world. Would stay there over and over!

This was by far the best day we've had with Airbnb so far!! The house was so perfect for the price and the little amenities were so nice! They had yard games for kids to play and extra blow ups for the pool it was just such a lovely experience. The host was very responsive and understanding for adjustments that needed to be made or giving information I really enjoyed this stay!!

Great location. Good amenities for the price. Dishwasher was not working and Anna got us a dish rack right away. Extremely communicative and timely in response.

We spent 2 weeks in Gisele’s home…it was exactly as described. We really appreciated the outdoor space/patio. We enjoyed our morning coffee, utilizing the large bbq and outdoor dining area and ending our days with a nightcap in the enclosed patio. The location was great, centrally located with easy access to beaches from Clearwater to St. Pete’s. We will definitely return when back in the area again. Gisele is a great host.

Great place. Clean. We enjoyed sitting by the pool which was also very clean. Conveniently located to the beach and places to eat. Would recommend staying here.

We had a great vacation and this house was absolutely perfect for our family. Having the space of a house but then having Caddy’s right across the street was so convenient, they had chairs and umbrellas available and waitresses walking around all day. This house is in a great location, very comfortable, and Tyler was great! We will definitely be visiting this area again and will stay here again!

The house is located right off the bay with its own beach. Great back deck for sitting and watching the sunrise or just relaxing and listening to the waves. The house is easy to get to and find, It also seems to be a bit quieter on that side of the island.

Sheryl’s responsiveness and care for us was unmatched. We had an issue with the property that she resolved immediately and even called me personally to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. Great location and outstanding customer service.

Betty is an excellent host. Clean and spacious for a studio! Loved the pool. Close to Siesta Beach and nice restaurants. We will definitely come to rest and relax at this peaceful Airbnb. Thank you

This house was an amazing stay! Jeff and Lynne are amazing host as usual and I even had the pleasure of meeting them both this time. I’d there is anything you may need or even questions they are very responsive and helpful. The house is close to the beach and restaurants with a Publix and even a mall about 5-15 up the road. The house had everything I needed to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vaccination. They even have necessities for the beach. The setup of the house is spacious which I really loved. Can’t wait to hopefully stay again.

It was perfect for us. Colors were my fiance favorite shade of light blues. Cozy and comfortable with easy access to beautiful Bean Point Beach. Pool is perfect size for two to lounge on the deck or in the water and, soak up the sun and dip in the water to cool off. We look forward to staying there again. We were engaged on Bean Point Beach and celebrated our engagement with family and friends in the boutique. Love it!

We had a wonderful time here! The house was clean and had all the amenities you need for a beach vacation. Only a 2 min walk to the beach, it was a great place to stay with young kids who can’t last all day at the beach. The management team was very responsive and helpful. We had a small issue with one of the showers and someone was sent out immediately to fix it. Overall, I think this is a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting the area. I would stay here again for sure.
