This comfortable, quite, and uncluttered space was just constructed in 2016 and sits above our garage with no shared walls.

Studio 812 is a modern studio apartment located within walking distance to downtown Loveland’s shops, restaurants, and galleries. High end finishes, in-unit laundry, fully stocked kitchenette, and a private patio make this the perfect spot to stay for a weekend or longer. The entire unit is aired out, cleaned and disinfected after each stay. All linens (including blankets & comforter) are washed after every stay. And there is NO CLEANING FEE charged.
