This newly remodeled spacious basement unit in downtown Niwot. 5 min walk to shops, restaurants, bars and grocery. Comfortable clean living space with cozy beds makes for a great stay in our home. Multi use trail outside back gate, leading to endless miles of wonderful trails for biking/hiking/running. Bus stop at end of the street or a short drive to Boulder(7 miles) and Longmont(4 miles). This basement unit with separate entrance is a wonderful location for your vacation or work trip.

Desk for those that want to work. 13 miles to Boulder 20 miles to Nederland 27 miles to Eldora Ski Resort 9 miles to Gold Hill 30 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park Hiking all around. Our place is very private - just 3 miles from I-25 with magnificent views of the Front Range. We have 4 acres in the middle of farm land and share it with goats and Maddie. Maddie is a “free range” pig who loves roaming the property and saying hello. The space is private and has a full kitchen/bath and W/D. We are centrally located between Estes Park (and Rocky Mtn NP) , Boulder, Ft. Collins, Denver, Greeley, Loveland and Longmont.
