Come and relax or work remotely in nature! Spacious, very comfortable, the house can accommodate 7 people, plus a child. It is located 900 m from the town centre, in a hamlet of 3 houses on the edge of the forest, and allows you to reach local shops (bakeries, pharmacy, etc.) on foot, and to go for a walk in the Perche Trappe forest. All 15 minutes from Mortagne, 2 hours from Paris via the N12, and 10 minutes from the Soligny water sports centre.

My place is close to La Loupe (8 km) and Bretoncelles (8 km) and about 1 hr 40 min from Paris. You'll love this house because of the outdoor areas. This restored farmhouse of about 180 m2, located in a small quiet hamlet is at your disposal for a pleasant stay in the Perche with family or friends. Pets are allowed and it is possible to bring your horse. My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.
