This accommodation is very clean, it is located in the countryside while being close to the city, 400 m from an Auchan and 700 m from the Tram, it was renovated in 2020. It is completely independent. This accommodation offers an outdoor courtyard, an equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed (160 cm) and a TV. A bedroom area with dressing room and a 160 cm bed. Recently restored with eco-friendly materials, located in the center of a landscaped plot of 2 hectares crossed by a stream, century-old trees, beehives. Great for a relaxing and bucolic stay. Close to the famous Mayenne towpath, between Coudray and Daon. Numerous hiking, biking and horseback riding trails nearby. Châteaux de la Loire are an hour's drive away.

A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

The old 100 m² stone shed has been completely renovated with natural materials lime, hemp, earth into a comfortable gîte, accommodating 6 to 8 people (4 bedrooms).
