The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

Loft in Longen in the vineyard

The loft is only 12 km from Trier, on our renovated vineyard, directly in the vineyards on the romantic Moselle. Art, culture and good food are just around the corner. High ceilings give the "loft feeling." The bathroom is new, the kitchen is well equipped and there is good wine across the street! Our loft is perfect for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. However, due to the open stairs, it is rather unsuitable for children. A Tchibo Cafissimo coffee maker is also available.

Beautiful apartment on the outskirts of the oldest city in Germany. Kenn is about a 10-minute drive from Trier and is perfect for walks through the vineyards. In the village there is a butcher, baker and a water tread pool. The nearest town (Schweich) is 4 km away. Kenn is served by several well-developed cycle paths from which you can set off in any direction (bicycles can be parked safely). (Additional information: The fireplace in the living room cannot be used)
