New apartment, independent in my villa, on the ground floor with a private terrace bathed in morning sun. Another similar apartment is next door, also independent. The flowered and wooded garden is shared. The Trespoey neighborhood is quiet and residential, close to Parc Beaumont and Boulevard des Pyrénées, a 15-minute walk to the city center, 2 bakeries and a bar restaurant 100 meters away, a supermarket 400 meters away. Free and quiet parking on the avenue.
