Studio apartment for two persons is in a house with several apartments, on the ground floor with separate entrance. It is a quite small studio (20 m2) but has all necessary for two people on vacation. There is a table with two chairs outside. The house is situated 300 m from the city center and 400 m from the beach, it takes 10 minutes walk. There is a lot of free parking space near the house. The owner lives in the same house. Included in the price: parking, final cleaning, wi-fi, tourist tax.

The apartment is air-conditioned, has satellite TV and an internet connection. Guests can use the garage, barbecue and shower cabin in the yard, as well as a large table in the yard. The house is a two-minute walk to the sandy beach. There is only one apartment for rent in the house. There are three excellent restaurants nearby.

The location offers a selection of sandy and concrete beaches 100 meters from the property, restaurants and shops within 300 meters with a beautiful view of the nearby Kvarner islands. In addition to the facility, we offer a yard with a parking space for your vehicle and an additional covered area with a garden set and a barbecue for enjoying food. There is a solar shower in the garden.

Our house is located in a peaceful green area. The apartment (for max five people) is on the ground floor, fully equipped and is great for families with kids or babies. You can also enjoy in a big yard. Walking distance to the nearest sandy beach is 3 - 4 min., port with promenade 8 min.; Ciganka, Sturič, Podšilo beach 20 min. The supermarket and post are 3 min by foot. With all the accessories we want to give our guests a perfect welcome.

The apartment has a balcony surrounded by greenery and a view of the garden. It is hidden from the view of passers-by except from us when we are in the garden. The studio has a private bathroom with a bathtub.
