The panoramic terrace is the heart of everything: a pergola between vines, bougainvillea, date palms, bamboo and lemons, from which the gaze sweeps over the sea of Porto Recanati, the Basilica of Loreto and on clear days, the snow-capped peaks of the Apennines. It is also at home in nature: monstera, pothos and flowering plants create a serene and fragrant atmosphere. It's one of those places where time slows down on its own.

"La Roccetta" Vacation Home

Casa Vacanze "La Roccetta" is a terraced house surrounded by greenery, within walking distance of the center of Loreto and a few kilometers from the beaches of the Conero Riviera and Recanati, the birthplace of the famous poet Giacomo Leopardi. Located in a quiet and private location, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people: ideal for families, couples or small groups of friends. Perfect for those who want to relax away from the chaos, without giving up the comfort of the sea just minutes away.

In a resort inside Monte Conero Park, your children could run freely in the common green spaces, play with peers, or choose between: swimming in the pool (summer), playing five-a-side football, tennis... or a dip in the sea! The beach is about 400 meters walk along a flat road. The position of the apartment is slightly away from the comings and goings of other vacationers, making it an idyllic nest, for a couple's aperitif at sunset or while doing your wake-up yoga , while watching the sun rise.
