This is an old Rustic house rebuilt from a ruin In 2010. Restored to its former glory, this wonderful house overlooks Mula , the Sierra Espuna's and Mula’s historic Castle. The town is only a short walk. Mula has many fiestas throughout the year the most popular are Celebrations in Mula planned through 2025/6 are The Famous Tamboras , Santa Semana, Cinema film week, September Annual Fiesta , San Isidro. Royal Decree 933/2021 requires us to collect Proof of Identification before Key Handover.

Nice house on the first floor

Your family will have everything close by in this accommodation located in the heart of the province of Murcia. The home is on the first floor and is very bright. In front of the house there is an old washhouse (a large ditch where women used to gather to wash clothes). The village is 15 minutes from the city of Murcia, 30 minutes from Mazarrón beach and very close to the Sierra Espuña natural park. There is a bar/café and shop about 100 meters away. The bus stop is next to the house.

The house is located next to the orchard where you can walk and ride a bike enjoying the surroundings. 2 minutes away is downtown Las Torres de Cotillas, where you have all the services. 500 meters away there is a large supermarket, a restaurant, a cafeteria and even a gas station, so you don't miss anything. The apartment is a few minutes from Murcia and about 40 minutes from the beaches.
