A lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached villa, with spa, garden and spacious roof terrace. superbly located on La Torre Golf, walking distance to the restaurants, pools and shops. Murcia is one of the sunniest regions in Europe and the surrounding areas are full of activities, whether you are looking for a family holiday, active holiday, golf holiday or just want to relax on the beach. Wonderful villa with sea views over the Mediterranean Sea, only 50 meters to the beach. Big plot with 32 m2 swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and BBQ and large artificial golf green, so you can play golf in the garden. The house sleeps up to max 4 adults and 2 kids with 3 bathrooms and one common kitchen/living room. It has several terraces in all directions providing sun or shade as you prefer. Outdoor parking on plot. Bars/restaurants just next doors. Shopping just minutes away by car.
