Holiday rentals with a patio in Los Ríos

This is a terrific place to stay in Valdivia. The apartment is pefectly located close to the city/market but also only a few minutes from Niebla and other great places to explore. The apartment was easy to check into and pefectly spotless. Even though it is in a large building, it feels very cozy and you have access to a wooded area and dock down by the river, which makes it peaceful and close to nature.

Second time we stayed here, we love it! The apartment is located in an excellent area, very quiet and close to good restaurants and bars, and the views of the apartment are 10/10. The depto itself is as it appears in the photos. The bed is very comfortable, everything is clean, tidy and well organized. Communication with Sebastián was excellent, always attentive!

The place is nice, despite being meters from the street, it is quite quiet, it is fully equipped to prepare practically what you want in the kitchen, the view of the lake is remarkable and the jar on the terrace is spacious and clean, good heating and internet with good stability.

I had a great experience at this Airbnb. From the first moment, the host was incredibly attentive and always on the lookout for anything you might need. Arrival instructions were very clear and easy to follow, which made it very easy to check in. The place was spotless: clean, well cared for, and with all the elements you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms were very spacious and cozy, and I want to highlight the mattresses especially: very comfortable! We sleep beautifully every night. Comfortable place for two people with everything you need, we stayed for almost a week, the condominium is very quiet, very friendly guards and willing to answer any questions as well as the host. If the place can be a little uncomfortable if it does not have a car, since it is not in the center of pucon, walking you can arrive but if they will be a week it will be exhausting, the first days we mobilized with uber, very accessible, and then we rent a car in the casino, which was quite comfortable and cheaper than paying tour. The apartment does not have a hair dryer, but outside of it everything was very good, it was a great trip and stay!

Comfortable place, close to downtown (30 minutes walking, 6-7 minutes uber), closed place, private, safe, clean, nice, Paula is a great host, all the needs covered.

We loved the apartment. It was comfortable, it was very clean and with an exquisite aroma at the time of entry. We contacted Vicente to enter at night and the Check In was very simple, with all the steps very clear. We were struck by the spaciousness of the American kitchen table which allowed us to cook with very good space. Comfortable beds, impeccable bathrooms, everything clean and for immediate use. The location we love, quickly you reach the center of Pucón and better yet at the volcano. Definitely highly recommended and we will be back!!

I highly recommend this great place to stay in Pucón. It is about 15 minutes walk from the center and absolutely quiet and quiet. The location is very good for driving to the nearby national parks or visiting Pucón. The accommodation is cozy and practical. There are a lot of storage options for luggage. We found the bed very comfortable. The place was also extremely clean. The kitchen is excellently equipped. There is also a heater for cold days. Communication with Rommy couldn't be better. The self-check-in went perfectly. Rommy went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. And we had that. Thank you very much for this! We would be happy to come back!
