Excellent place to stay if you are looking for comfort and proximity to the most important tourist points of the city.

Impeccable as always

We had a week and everything was impeccable, Francisca's directions were very clear and the communication was fluid for the fair and necessary (the respect of the space in that sense is appreciated).. the apartment is spacious as the photos and the location is excellent. Totally recommended for rest and recreation steps to the coast/lake.. an option if or if to leave inside the ones for the future.

Second time we stayed here, we love it! The apartment is located in an excellent area, very quiet and close to good restaurants and bars, and the views of the apartment are 10/10. The depto itself is as it appears in the photos. The bed is very comfortable, everything is clean, tidy and well organized. Communication with Sebastián was excellent, always attentive!

Incredible! Beautiful the depa, very well equipped, Carlos I leave us absolutely everything, even to wash clothes we had!. Everything is very tidy and clean, very well located the depa and with a beautiful view, we love it! In addition, Carlos was super friendly and friendly, he gave us all the directions and I explain with a lot of patience!, very tender.

The house and the place are amazing, well maintained, spacious and with enough room to settle in for several days. The location is good and the surroundings are beautiful… it was a pleasure.

We spent 10 days at Patricio's house. We were 9 people and we were always very comfortable. The view of Lake Neltume is second to none. Rich terrace to share as a family, beautiful gardens, ample space to leave the cars. Access to the lake and above all a lot of tranquility. There are many things to visit in the surroundings, such as the Huilo Huilo Biological Reserve (different portals that offer self-guided activities), Puerto Fuy, Lago Pirihueico. Also Panguipulli, the Mocho Choshuenco National Reserve, among many other attractions. I 100% recommend Patricio's house for large groups and for those looking for tranquility and privacy.

Excellent!!! Andrea was an impeccable host always attentive and very kind with every query and worried that we felt at home, without a doubt 100% recommended would come back and I will do it in the near future, very nice surroundings, very quiet, the house is just like the photos, with good location, locomotion and market nearby, thank you Andrea for everything.

I love their home, I had several details that I thought they lived there, it feels like home and they trust you have even books to read. They had a very good disposition and understanding. I'll definitely recommend them. I succeed and keep it up with this project.

An excellent place to vacation in Pucon. Private, safe and super close to downtown Pucon. Good equipment to be comfortable during your stay. Good connectivity with major attractions. Jorge and Marcia very attentive with any request.

We were 1 night, we were 6 adults, the truth is that everything was fine, close to everything, unfortunately we only went to sleep/rest at the place, we would have liked to stay longer, but certainly had everything enough to spend a pleasant stay. Flexible for check-in. I am always attentive to our queries! the house is impeccable.

The place is located only 5 minutes from downtown Pucon by car. The apartment is very nice and spacious in the common spaces and the kitchen has everything so you can prepare breakfast or dinners. It's very quiet so you get a good rest. Francisco is very friendly and is always there to answer your questions. I'd stay there again:)
