Come and discover Brittany with its many landscapes and enjoy the coastline as well as Central Brittany. 10 minutes from the RN12 and Guingamp, 30 minutes from the Valley of the Saints, 45 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast, 45 minutes from the Île de Bréhat... you will be ideally located. The studio has a kitchen equipped with: fridge, stove, combined oven, kettle, coffee maker...

We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

Pretty little fisherman's house tastefully renovated, full of character. The house is located on the banks of the Trieux in the small harbor at the bottom of the Goas Vilinic estuary. Your stay will be punctuated by the tides. Guests can enjoy beautiful walks along the towpath. Beautiful outings await you, such as the descent of the Trieux, beautiful hikes or a Paimpol Pontrieux trip in a steam train or the descent or ascent of the Trieux with the boat Le Passeur du Trieux.

Cats not allowed *It is not possible to postpone the departure time beyond 10:30 a.m.

The accommodation is ideally located for hikers on foot and by bike, close to the GR34, the Léguer, the Kerfons Chapel and the Kergrist & Tonquédec Castles. We are close to Lannion (TGV, towpath, beaches of Beg Léguer...), Perros-Guirec, Trégastel... Ploubezre has a supermarket, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacy... Everything is in place for a simple, pleasant and accessible stay.

We offer a stay in the "Quincaille" in a quiet area near the river. This comfortable studio is composed of a double bed, kitchen and bathroom. An outdoor terrace with garden furniture will allow you to relax while listening to birdsong. Baby equipment is available upon request. Hiking trails are nearby, as well as the "Tro Breiz" passage. Many sites to discover: the Pink Granite Coast, the island of Bréhat... Beaches 20 minutes away.
