Monthly Rentals in Loudon

Stephanie was great at answering questions right away about how things work at the house like the TV/Internet and interior lighting. As with any home, minor maintenance issues can happen any time. We had a couple small things during our stay but Stephanie responded and got someone out to take care of things right away. Great experience and we would stay here again. Thanks to Stephanie!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Karen’s place on the water. It’s my favorite Airbnb thus far! First, the lot is absolutely gorgeous, we brought our boat and could easily access the main channel for a few days of boating with our kids. Secondly, the house is lovely with comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and a lovely porch to watch the wildlife and river flow. We would love to stay here again! We had an issue with our boat, and Karen was SOO accommodating and helpful. Thank you!

This was one of the nicest places we have stayed at! Unfortunately we were only there a day and arrived late! Highly recommended!

Dana was super accommodating.She went above and beyond to make sure our young children would be comfortable after a late road trip drive. We would love to come back if we ever come back to this area!
