I had a great stay at Alicia's place during Tulane's Bookfest 2025. My Tulane student lives off-campus less than 2 blocks from this home, so it was convenient to connect every day and to walk to campus together. It is worth noting (and the listing notes this) that there isn't a full kitchen. Just a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. But my student had a list of restaurants to visit and we went out and about every day, so we didn't need more. The fridge was great for keeping cold waters and leftovers! Nicely updated bathroom. Nice, simple furnishings. Had everything we needed. We had a little trouble getting in the gate the first day, but the owner was very responsive and the gate worked every day after that first day. We also enjoyed petting the resident dogs on our way in or out. Very sweet and friendly. I had a rental car and always found parking right out front or on the side street next to the house. All in all, would recommend, especially for parent visits like mine!

What an adorable space. My fiance and I stayed for a week. We were all over New Orleans, and Charlys place was a nice spot to have some peace and quiet, after all the hustle and bustle of the city. Several spots walking distance for food too. We didn't have a car, but used the bikes that came with the unit. Lovely way to get around. Not super close to the French Quarter, but only $10 Lyft ride. Definitely recommend if you're looking for something with the quiet southern charm, but don't want the loud/party vibes.

We cannot say enough about how much we loved Liz’s guest home. The bnb was clean, beautifully decorated and thoughtful. The location was a perfect jumping off point into different pockets of the city. Liz was accommodating with any request and she gave us multiple recommendations for bars/restaurants. So long as it’s available, we will be staying here again next time we visit this beautiful city.

We had a wonderful stay! Home was clean and cozy. Home was older, but offered a charm that you don’t find with modern builds (original bead-board ceilings and shiplapped walls, exposed bricks, etc.). It was walking distance to all of the main Baton Rogue attractions. It’s located in a quiet area of the business district. On the weekends there is no foot traffic or cars outside. Would definitely stay there again!

A really cute spot in the best part of New Orleans! The apartment is adorable, easily accessible from the street, spacious, and has everything we needed for our stay. And the location was perfect - it's walking distance to a litany of incredible restaurants, bars, and attractions. We did have a bit of a hiccup with a house painting job starting while we were still there, but the hosts were responsive to our concerns and accommodating. Thanks for a great long weekend!

Space is exactly as described in a really lovely, artful part of the city with easy walking/biking/running to the Quarter or the Bywater neighborhood. Lots of green spaces nearby. Wifi is fast and great for remote work. Lots of restaurants and places to enjoy all around. Kitchen amenities limited as mentioned by hosts, so bring your appetite for enjoying out! Good to consider for longer stays perhaps.

Tonya’s place was a peaceful, completely relaxing place for us to go ‘home’ to after each of the three days working at the Fest. International.

This old house is right on the bayou, with a big beautiful yard and large rooms that are beautifully decorated. Tressie is super friendly and easy going and has a workroom across the street where she makes fascinating art - ask her to show you. I loved the place and the space and highly recommend staying here. It was relaxing and rejuvenating. There was also a very yummy restaurant about 20 steps away.

I had a fantastic 2-night stay at D's Cottage in Lake Charles. The spacious one-bedroom cottage is perfect for a relaxing getaway or home away from home spot when needed. The full kitchen and laundry amenities made my stay incredibly convenient. The cottage is centrally located with easy access to the airport and other attractions in the area. The host Deborah was exceptional, providing detailed tips and instructions that made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend D's Cottage for anyone looking for a place while in Lake Charles. I will definitely be the first place I look for each time I visit.

Had a great stay! Easy to check in and out. Great location and was exactly as advertised. The basketball court is very cool and makes it such a unique place. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future!

My stay at this beautiful Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location is unmatched, right by the lake. It is private and peaceful and yet walking distance to restaurants and shops. Stayed over on a road trip to Texas! Could not have felt more like a home drone home! Annie and her husband MJ were so welcoming it was like coming home to family! For two girls travelling we instantly felt safe and like a home from home! They gave great recommendations for food which we loved! Space was so clean and smelt inviting! Ear plugs if you need them for the train but we are deep sleepers so didn’t bother us at all! My only regret is we didn’t have longer time to spend there! Would absolutely come again! I usually stay with friends when I’m in town, but with the holiday, I needed an extra space. The listing was in a perfect location of the family I was in town to visit. Kami was always quick to respond and everything was set up perfectly inside.

If I was reviewing the owners they would get 12 out of 10. They were responsive, pleasant to deal with and went out of their way to help and were totally amazing when we needed personal assistance in a medical situation. The space is small but cute and super clean and well-organized. Fabulous location if visiting Tulane University or Loyola - can walk to campus.

We have stayed in several Airbnb rentals in New Orleans. All were good, but Eve's was by far the best. The house is spotless. The floor plan exceptional in that it lends itself to open areas to relax as well as providing spaces conducive to privacy and even distance work. The back yard and deck area is beautifully landscaped- a great space to enjoy a good book. There are two full and one half bath. The beds are comfortable. We like to bike to many destinations when we are in New Orleans. We usually rely on the Blue Bike System. Eve provided four bikes which were far more convenient. Eve is very responsive, but never overbearing. We will gladly return.

My partner and I went to New Orleans for our anniversary. Very friendly hosts and provided detailed instructions and information about the surrounding area. Great wine bar within walking distance and good frozen margaritas at the Mexican restaurant close by. Easygoing and easily accessible to the streetcar and bus for city adventures. We would definitely rebook. Thank you!

Great neighborhood in Algiers—quiet, charming, and walkable with a few lovely restaurants and bars nearby. As returning visitors to New Orleans, we appreciate the character of older homes and the Jasmine Station was the most charming place we've stayed. We loved it! Patrick was very friendly and communicative. Easy 10–15 min walk to the ferry, which we took daily to get to the French Quarter. Only recommendation: pack an eye mask since there is a strong street lamp outside. Otherwise, you'll love your stay!

The place was very clean. Easy to find and check in and check out was easy also. When I had a question Amy was quick to message back and with an answer. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone.
