Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.

The property has a year-round creek running in front of it and it is surrounded by trees where you can hear and see many birds including Woodpeckers, Cardinals, Mocking birds, etc. hence the name "Our Nest". A wonderful little cabin built around energy efficiency. It's a single bedroom cabin with a queen bed and couch for up to 3 people. The place is very private and has a porch to appreciate the outdoors. The cabin is heated with either a small EPA approved wood stove or propane heater.
