Located 20 meters from the main square and the boats to Montisola, it is an ideal base for excursions on Lake Iseo, the cities of Bergamo/Brescia and the nearby mountains. In 1784, Saint Vincenza Gerosa was born in this building.

The cedar house

The cedar of Lebanon in the garden seems to touch the clouds while the changing waters of Lake Iseo merge with the sky. You could spend hours admiring the landscape from the window of the room listening to the sound of Nature... a bit like my grandfather Marco did in the 60s. He lay down in the green grass to take a nap (the house wasn't there yet^^) and thought that it wouldn't be bad to build a house with a big garden to enjoy the landscapes of this secondary lake in northern Italy...

The apartment is located inside Palazzo Chizzola, a 16th century residence in the historic center. The house allows guests to spend pleasant stays immersed in an atmosphere of times gone by. The representative spaces give the possibility of transforming the house into a "business lounge" both for on-site meetings and for video calls. The house is located a few steps from places of historical and artistic interest such as Teatro Grande e Sociale, Pinacoteca, Museo Santa Giulia, Duomo.

In the heart of Solto Collina, you could have possibility to stay in this open space apartment with direct access to the garden and just renovated. Close to all the facilyties and fantastic for who loves to stay outdor, it's less than an hour far from Orio al Serio airport (BG). Five mins from the Iseo's lake and Endine's lake, the right place to be for a total relax time. When you pay the reservation you also are paying for Touring Tax (1€ for person each night).

Our small apartment is located in the center of the village, exactly between the village on which it overlooks on one side and the lake, which you can admire from the opposite side. A few steps from the main square and all the amenities for a relaxing stay. It offers a cozy yet elegant environment. The style is minimal, clean lines create a contemporary atmosphere, while touches of color through accessories and artwork add personality to the structure.

The House on the Castle Hill – Complete privacy

The house is very welcoming. Consisting of a studio furnished in modern style with all comforts, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and hot tub. All surrounded by nature and the outdoor presence of a large swimming pool for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests. The property being close to the medieval castle is not accessible by your own means, we use our car to bring guests and luggage. However, it is a 200-meter walk in the green of the hill.
