Monthly Rentals in Lovran

I have been going to the Adriatic for many years on holiday with my wife. Eleinte minden évben más helyre mentünk, de amióta Tamara és Viktor szálláshelyére bukkantunk, folyamatosan oda járunk. Ez mindent elmond az apartmanról és a házigazdákról. We spent our holiday on the Adriatic seaside with my wife for decades. Usually we choose a different destination each year. Since we found Tamara and Viktor's place, we do not bother with searching for new quarters. We have rented the same apartment for several years. I think this tells everything about the host and the housing.

Pjerina's apartment is fantastically located on the edge of the old town. The sea, restaurants and shopping opportunities can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The free parking space is opposite the apartments. The rooms are lovingly furnished, but a bit small for two people and 14 days. The romantic inner courtyard with its seating and a gate to the old town streets towards the beach makes up for this. Pjerina is a charming, attentive and exceptional host. She even gave us a guided tour of Lovran's hidden treasures. We felt welcome and spent wonderful days there. Richard

Everything as written, the apartment clean and well equipped. Great views from the garden with direct access to the sea👍. No private parking but you can easily find nearby. If you want to cook something, you should bring small things, for example: oil, coffee and filters, if necessary, sugar but I don't find that a big problem nearby. You could buy everything you need. Thank you Zeljko, would like to come again and recommend the apartment!!!!

The flat ist wonderful. One has a beautiful terrace with amazing view. The surrounding locals are very nice: Opatjia. The Host, Lilijanana and her husband is very kind and and helpful. They do all their best to make our stay amazing: barbecue, figs, and home-made sweets. The best flat we have ever got. The co-host, Tamara, is very nice and professional, she provided us with all informations about the surrounding locals. We strongly recommend such a heavenly flat in the cradle of Nature.
