There is a toilet and an additional shared, modern bathroom with a toilet, shower, mirror and hairdryer. Plus a communal area with a TV and a sofa. However, there are no more than 4 guests in the property at any one time. The property is located in a quiet and idyllic setting with a view of the Brotjacklriegel. In the morning, there is an extensive breakfast from the local bakery and butcher.

Menacher farm studio / The treasure cave

Studio, ground level with separate entrance and integrated kitchen-living room, about 25 m². Private shower and toilet. With seating in front of the studio. The studio is equipped with satellite TV, CD radio and free Wi-Fi. The Höpflhof is a completely newly renovated, but centuries-old and historic farmstead. It is located in the southern part of the Bavarian Forest in the municipality of Neureichenau-Altreichenau on the well-known border triangle of Bavaria, Bohemia and Austria.

Also the well-known Rottal Terme is within easy walking distance. And don't forget. The good home cooking. Here we have not only Italian or Greek restaurants, but also good Bavarian cuisine represented in numerous restaurants.
