Sabbatical at the Sonnenberg in the Panoramastüberl Our apartment is located at 520 meters and is therefore the highest point above the Danube Valley. At the hairdryer location opens up to a fantastic panoramic view of the Alps,we are located in the heart of Lower Bavaria with numerous excursion possibilities. The apartment consists of bedroom (bed 1.40 m)and guests /children's room with pull-out bed up to 1.60 m,kitchen with dining area,bathroom and living room with large panoramic window and balcony,terrace and garden are in front of the house.

Sports tourists, cultural tourists and professional travellers are welcome here. Quiet apartment right on the Danube. Overlooking the mountains. New apartment with bright and friendly rooms. Shopping facilities about 2 km away. The apartment offers: one fully equipped. Kitchen incl. electrical appliances such as a stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, bed 180 x 200 cm. incl. towels and bed linen. Wide view and pool ideal for golf and wellness

The "Schlössle", a former 4* hotel, is located in the immediate vicinity of the town square, centrally located but still very quiet. The apartment (approx. 75 sqm) is on the ground floor. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

Quiet apartment in old town house on the triple foot

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passau three-flow corner directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet, only the living space has a window to a school yard in which temporary student lurks. The apartment is stocked with everything you could need, so plenty of laundry, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is perfect for 2 people, but there is an extra sofa bed.

Nice and comfy apartment with own entrance

Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

Apartment near city center. It looks bright and very friendly and is mainly booked because of its location, tasteful, well maintained. Equipment, the pretty balcony, the almost immediate location at the inn and the complete equipment (spices and other kitchen utensils, also shower gel etc) You can leave the car on the parking lot and on the walking and cycling path in 10 min. walk to the city center. Shopping and bus stop approx. 100 m
