Holiday rentals with a kayak in Lower Normandy

We had a pleasant weekend at Nolwen's place. The house is spacious (we were 6 adults and 5 children) and well equipped. Even though the sun wasn't there, we enjoyed the garden which was great. The house is well placed to shine around; the path that leads to the city center is nice to walk with the kids.

Great location aboard the Seine , very beautiful house and with lots of charm , great decor and with all you need , as much to take time to read , as much to play with children as to do cooking All the rooms are great , and there's really room for several people . The house is adorable - beautifully renovated with all you need (swimming pool, kitchen equipment, pool table, etc). The location is great, directly at the sea-side with hardly any other people, for which it felt like a private beach. Also a nice walk along the shore to Granville. We would definitely recommend this place!

We had a lovely week at Caroline and Guillaume's cottage. The house is very functional and well equipped. Downtown is a 5min walk and a supermarket is 10-15min away. We enjoyed the garden and the barbecue, the weather was very nice to enjoy it. We will go back, ideal for relaxing and very close to Paris.

We had a wonderful time at Marianne’s place! A spacious house, with lots of light, comfortable and quiet. Great for families with kids because of the play area right in front of the house and lots of toys inside. Many places around to visit with kids (within 30 min drive). Marianne is an amazing host, very friendly and efficient, she gave us lots of recommendations where to go and what to see, was always in touch for all the questions about the house.

impeccable hospitality, and impeccable accommodation, beautiful setting, ideal for discovering the surroundings and resting. (because the room is on a mezzanine, be careful for older people) completely satisfied with the stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Christophe's home. The house is very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The garden is beautiful and a great place to relax and dine at any time of day. Our children learnt to kayak during our stay. The river is very calm and very safe. It is perfect for children. Christophe is a fantastic host. Very proactive with information, he is kind and is always availale for help if required. Pur cat, Smokey, had a wonderful time, watching ducks and exploring. We would be happy to stay in the future and reccomend to anyone.

We had a great time at Suzanne and Michel's house. The house is well-equipped with a large fenced garden. It is well located, quiet and not too far from the sea.

Very well located just a 10-minute walk to Pontgouin train station. With no neighbors, this house is ideal for partying with friends. It has a very good speaker as well as many light effects. Lots of amenities whether in the kitchen or even in terms of indoor and outdoor recreation. The availability of boats at the lake is a very big plus because it's really nice to be able to take a ride on the water in this very beautiful setting. We had a great weekend. Very pleasant stay in the Dinan region. Rance not very far, and the coast about 20-30 minutes away, very convenient. Nice area to visit, and also some good restaurants! Things to visit!

Dear potential tenants, I can only highly recommend Jean-Paul's place, so the setting and the house are sumptuous 🤩 We were a couple without children and a couple with two babies, the house has all the amenities for both the little ones and the older ones, whether for the interior or for the outdoor activities. The ground floor is brand new and very beautiful, with views and direct access to the beach. The upstairs part is worthy of an old family home, with its colors of the sea and its charm of the old. Finally, the area is very peaceful, unparalleled tranquility, and I would even be ready to go back to Jean-Paul's place to enjoy this setting again. Thank you Jean-Paul for this beautiful home, for communication, and for the little touches to us 🤭

Great stay at Christian and Marie's. The hospitality is absolutely remarkable. The accommodation is very nice and perfectly equipped. Visiting tips and restaurant suggestions are a real plus. We felt right at home. The area is absolutely beautiful. We look forward to returning to Cancale and it will be at Christian and Marie's.

What a beautiful place in beautiful surroundings. We had such a wonderful time staying here. Edward, our host, was very welcoming of us and our four dogs. The gite was perfect, had everything we needed and was clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower was powerful, we could cook, BBQ, eat indoors or enjoy eating outdoors. Edward had even provided some wine, cheese, butter, milk, bread, jam, juice, shower gel, shampoo etc. in fact everything to get us started and more. There were plenty of good quality towels to use too and we used the sofa bed in the living area for one night for a family member and the sheets were all provided and it was comfortable. The grounds are amazing and it is so peaceful. The perfect place to relax and unwind. I cannot recommend this place enough and if Edward will host us again then we will be back!

The best vacation isn't just in the South. Wonderful week spent with my teens here at Zeenat Anne's, more than hosts. Warm people and very good advice for discovering the area, especially pleasant places to enjoy the flavors of the area. Even on site, there is everything to relax and occupy the young people. Highly recommend this place. Jean
