On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

The 4-person cottage (85 m2) is located on the property, on a landscaped and enclosed garden of almost 2 hectares. On the ground floor: entrance, living room (TV, fireplace), toilet, large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: 1 with 1 bed 160 x 200 and 1 with 2 beds 90 X 200 bathroom, washer/dryer. View of the park, garden table and chairs, deckchairs, parasol, Weber barbecue.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Old refurbished photo studio of 90 m2 offering a nice ceiling height and a skylight. It is located next to our main house in the middle of an 8200 m2 lot. The decor is vintage, ethnic and bohemian. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier.
