Incl. small breakfast This property has its own entrance, is completely separated with large living/ sleeping room, private shower room + private terrace (with pretty garden furniture). With very good connections to the harbor + city center (about 20 minutes by S-Bahn), it is located in a very quiet residential area in the countryside. There is a coffee maker, kettle, dishes and a fridge (filled with the most important things for a small breakfast on the first morning) available.

High-speed network with 500 Mbit, Amazon Prime, YouTube Premium, cable TV, cooking facilities, washer-dryer (free washing and drying), very pleasant comfort shower, south balcony with lots of greenery. Even parking is easy to find. Otherwise 3 minutes' walk to railway line 9 (15 min to Kröpke). Nice restaurants nearby or in the famous Linden district (5 minutes by train). Nice surroundings with a small forest also for jogging and walking.

I am happy to welcome you to the beautiful Münsterland. For you + companion, the construction trailer is ready, which is located in the garden of a detached house. The location is absolutely quiet. You only hear nature here. Nevertheless, it is not far to the city center of Lüdinghausen at 1 km. Bäcker, Lidl and McDonald's are 400 meters away. Bicycles for a short trip to the city can be borrowed from us free of charge. Exciting excursion destinations are just a stone's throw away.
