Dream house surrounded by silence

Welcome to the Dream House, where you can leave the world behind. The cottage is located in the Barycz Valley, on the outskirts of the village, in the immediate vicinity of the stables. It invites you inside, where the windows overlook the paddocks and the forest. It helps you find peace, breathe and dream by the fireplace with a good book or on a deck chair among the rustling birches. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. In addition, hammocks, sun loungers, garden furniture, a fireplace and a barbecue.

Our Stable

Our Stable is part of a former German house, located on a two-hectare plot of 160 m2, a 70 m terrace plus a half-timbered house, the equipment of the old village has been preserved. You can use the private library in the part of the house where the hosts live. The meadow is a natural habitat for wild animals. The terrace (dining and relaxation area) is also used for observing nature. Next to the house, there is an old orchard (hammocks), sunny and shaded places for those seeking peace. Large kitchen. One bathroom, shower.

Intimate cottage in a birch forest with a panorama of Ślęża

A unique place hidden in a birch grove on the edge of a recreational village at the foot of the Owl Mountains. A house in harmony with nature, made of wood, draws water from a well, and is powered by solar energy. The terrace among the birches makes you part of the energetic space, and the trees naturally protect you from the sun in summer. Thanks to the large glazing, you will feel like an element of the forest ecosystem. The bedroom overlooks Ślęża, one of several chakras in Poland.

Zen Meadow: Apartment 1

Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

To stylowe miejsce jest idealne dla osób, które chcą budzić się z widokiem na góry a także chcą odpoczywać w nietuzinkowych wnętrzach, które pozwalają wyciszyć zmysły. Domy są na skraju niewielkiej i malowniczej wsi na Pogórzu Izerskim. Naszym atutem jest duża część wspólna z salonem, kuchnią i jadalnią a także tarasem z nieziemskim widokiem na Karkonosze. A secluded, original, charming place to stay and rest for both two and family. Regular guests of the surrounding fields are deer and a large number of different species of birds. Beautiful views of Chojnik Castle and the Giant Mountains. In the area, rural development and farms. Close to hiking trails and wonderful cycling routes :) Wi-Fi, fiber optic Internet. For an additional fee, an outdoor sauna with a bathtub supplied with spring water :) Highly recommend !!!

Modern and spacious interiors on the edge of the forest, surrounded by nature. If you want to spend time in a quiet, chill atmosphere (watching a movie on the projector or taking a relaxing bath overlooking nature), this is the perfect place for you. Three double bedrooms; spacious living room with a fold-out corner sofa; fully equipped kitchen; two bathrooms, terrace and outdoor jacuzzi for summer use. No loud parties. We do not accept groups of men only.

Domek Gościnny "Pies i Kot"

We invite you to a year-round cottage with a terrace, a place for a bonfire and a barbecue. The garden is large, shared with the hosts. Our cats, dogs and sheep walk slowly and are usually the first to greet guests :) The property is open to a meadow and forest, which runs along a green trail. Undisturbed by city lights, the night sky is full of stars, and the sounds of wild animals can be heard from the surrounding forests.

The Karkonosze Mountains, part of the Sudetes, are situated in the southwestern part of the country. Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends.
