The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. Other amenities include: Outdoor dining set, sunlounger, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and free parking in case you arrive by car. Sea & sunshine 4 + 1

Our lovely apartment is located in Lozica, small and quite area just 5 km outside Dubrovnik. What makes Lozica so special is that is located on the shore and is sunbathed all day, offering you spectacular view on Adriatic, island Daksa and peninsula. The closest supermarket and restaurants are located 2 km from apartment. Bus no 3A operates between Lozica and Dubrovnik (doesn't operate on weekends and national holidays). Car is not necessary, but it is better to have one.

This apartment will complete your stay in Dubrovnik in a best possible way. It is true hidden gem of Dubrovnik at the perfect location - above the beach and just one minute walking distance from the Old City and main city bus station "Pile". There are not many stairs because the building is located right on the beach, first row. Nave is a new apartment located in a quiet neighbourhood of Ploče. It is 7-10 minutes of walking distance from the Old Town and Banje beach is just down the street. With all amenities inside the apartment we made sure our two guests can have a relaxing stay whether it is by sipping wine on the balcony overlooking the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the sea, or inside the apartment under the AC gazing at the sea.
