The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Just 5 minutes of walking from Old City, this stylish home is located in Dubrovnik's most prestigious neighbourhood-Ploce, right across of 5 star hotel Excelsior and 1 minute from Banje Beach.Easy to find, no stairs on the street, the house was built in 1836 and stayed in the family. It's part of UNESCO World Heritage and it has been wonderfully restored; traditionally yet with modern touches.These spacious two rooms overlooking the sea, island of Lokrum and Old City will take your breath away.
