Un mini appartamento, tra il verde, in una tipica casa sarda per chi ama la natura, la quiete, ma anche la comodità di essere vicino ad un centro abitato dalle caratteristiche peculiari. Appartamento composto da una camera matrimoniale (a cui può essere aggiunto un altro letto), un bagno, una cucina privata e proprio giardino.

Splendida mansarda situata nella località Terra Bianca a circa 2km dal borgo medievale di Castelsardo dove si possono trovare tutti i servizi. Si affaccia sul golfo dell'Asinara con suggestiva vista sul mare e sulla costa e a due passi dalla spendida insenatura di Baia Ostina. Ideale per chi cerca relax e quiete senza rinunciare a spiaggia e altri servizi. La mansarda è composta da una camera matrimoniale più un divano letto nel soggiorno, cucina (con vari utensili), bagno e posto auto gratuito

Sie ist ein wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus, in Hanglage 80m ü.NN. mit 180 Grad Meerblick vom großzügigem Sonnendeck, eingebettet in felsiger Umgebung und mediterranen Gewächsen. Sie bietet Meerblick aus allen Zimmern sowie direkten Zugang zu den Terrassen. Gemeinschaftspool mit atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und ein nahe gelegener Sandstrand "Li Cossi" (15 Gehminuten) runden den Aufenthalt ab.

Giunto all'ingresso della casa aprirai la porta d'ingresso e, davanti ai tuoi occhi, ti apparirà la splendida distesa del mare con il suo l'orizzonte. Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind sowohl die Traumstrände der Westküste wie Rena Majore oder Naracu Nieddu als auch die herrlichen Strände im Norden und Nordosten in ca. 20-25 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.
