If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. From the bedroom you have beautiful views of the estate park. Zur Badestelle sind es nur 20m und zum hauseigenem Ruderboot knapp 50m. Auf der Auffahrt stehen 4 Stellplätze zur Verfügung.

You can relax on a 4,000 m² natural property. A break in nature and yet close to Wismar, Rostock, Warnemünde and the Baltic Sea. The house has 3 bedrooms for a total of 10 people. In the living room, there is a fireplace. There is also a kitchen and dining room, as well as 2 bathrooms.
