Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Villa Anka

The villa is secluded and about 200 meters from the village It consists of an autochthonous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part dominated by large glass surfaces that merge the interior of the house with the exterior. In the old part of the house there is a bedroom and in the new living area with a kitchen and a large bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. It has eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables.

Villa Laura - Apartment 2

This charming apartment is located in the village Valun on the island of Cres. It is situated in a house by the sea. The area is very peacefull and quiet, ideal for a vacation and relaxation. The apartment has two bedrooms (each for 3 persons), kitchen, bathroom and a big terrace with an amazing view on the sea and nature. PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Sea La Vie

Located in Valun, 200 metres from Zdovica Beach and 300 metres from Raca Beach, Sea La Vie provides air-conditioned accomodation with a balcony and free WiFi. The property features sea and city view and quiet street views. The apartment is equipped with 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a toaster, and 1 bathroom with a hair dryer, washing machine and free toiletries. Guest can take in the views of the sea from the balcony which also has outdoor furniture.

Old stone house located in an abandoned rustic village with only 3 houses. The house has a large fenced yard 700m2 and terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the island of Cres. It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.
